I have been bringing my 2006 Acura TL for service at this location since I purchased the vehicle back in '07 when it was called Inskip Acura. When it changed hands and became Speedcraft I never noticed any decline in the quality of service. Many of the same people who were there in the service department years ago, are still there today and they are all topnotch. I have never had a bad experience at this place. Sure, I could get my oil changes and service done cheaper elsewhere, but I trust them with my car and don't want anyone else touching it. To be honest, they have taken such good care of it,I don't need to buy another car. I'm  always  joking with Jim, in service that I intend to make it to their highest mileage Acura list.

It was a pleasure working with our salesman, Tom Hart. He spent a considerable amount of time showing us the features of the various RDX models as well as exterior/interior color combinations. He answered all of our questions and was always friendly and courteous.I’d also like to recognize Kevin Ward, the Finance Manager. He made processing all of paperwork a quick and painless.All in all, purchasing our new vehicle from Acura Speedcraft was the best car buying experience I’ve had.

Had a sudden weird noise under the left front side of our 2014 MDX, took it here for the first time as we are on vacation. The service was excellent, the communication was awesome, and the car was ready when they said it would be.

Had an oil change and rotation/balance. Was told it would be a while but ended up being under an hour, which is quick for both services. I have an RLX and asked other dealers to rotate my tires- the other dealers didn’t bother and said it didn’t need it (laziness because I told them why I wanted it done). This dealership did exactly what I asked which is what should happen, but just nice to finally have things done right after 2 other dealerships failed to do so. I was treated nice at this dealership, but as for the Acura brand the experience has not been what I expected. I have a new RLX and would like to at least be treated like I have a “luxury” brand. Again no problem with this dealership, but just wanted to include in the review for anyone shopping for an Acura that has not had one before.
